Meenal has a MBA from NUST Business School and a degree from prestigious University of London in Economics. She has worked in dynamic multi-cultural organizations in core Talent Acquisition and Talent Management areas while serving in IT /Telecommunication and banking sectors resolving multifaceted challenges.
Before joining HRBS, she had worked in key roles of recruitment, supporting the partner functional teams for all career level engagements in headhunting and profiling of candidates. Industrial networking and liaising with academia for talent acquisition are the channels she has utilized effectively apart from using orthodox tools of attracting candidates for the business requirements. She is considered a specialist in acquisition of rare human resources possessing uncommon and exquisite skillset for business requirements under a challenging rivalry of competition.
She believes that the biggest hurdle organizations face in this era is finding and developing the right talent. She is also a strong advocate of the fact that good communication and the power of relationship management are core essence of enjoying a successful career. Her areas of expertise include recruitment & selection strategies, facilitating Talent Management, Mentoring, counselling and grievances handling. She has delivered numerous trainings on these areas.
