Usman brings to table over 19 years’ experience of developing and implementing successful management strategies for leading corporate entities across Pakistan and the Middle East. His exposure of working in diversified business sectors including leading Telecom, IT, pharmaceuticals and energy companies provides him a unique insight into management strategies that have worked in challenging and complex scenarios.
Implementing change, developing organizational development interventions, driving employee communication strategies and building highly motivated teams are just a few highlights of his diverse profile.
He was one of the key team members that helped in the successful completion of acquisition processes for Huawei’s first company acquisition outside China. The role required an extremely flexible approach to address complex situations arising out of acute cultural and policy differences of the integrating entities.
Usman focuses on providing innovative management advice to organizations and individuals for transforming challenges into success stories.
