HR Business Solutions (HRBS) is hiring an Officer Regulatory Affairs for a public sector company in the Energy & Utilities sector. The person in this position will act as the central point of contact with OGRA, maintain professional relationships with its officials, and ensure the timely submission of Tariff Petitions.

Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work with OGRA and the Ministry of Energy. Duties include:
- Handling the submission of Tariff Petitions and regulatory filings.
- Representing the company in hearings and meetings at OGRA.
- Moving notices and information between regulators and the Head Office without delay.
- Keeping financial and operational data secret.
Locations
- First Posting: Islamabad
- Possible Future Postings: Anywhere in Punjab, AJK, KPK, or Islamabad.
- Type of Work: Contractual.
Requirements
- Education: 16 years of schooling from an HEC-recognized university (Any field).
- Experience: 1 year of work history.
- For Engineers: PEC Membership is mandatory.
- Academic Record: No Third Division in your academic history.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Skills Needed
- Analytical thinking and use of MS Office or other software.
- Good communication and teamwork.
